CONTRIBUTIONS FOR GOOD MAINTENANCE
The Community of Owners of the Village receives annual financial contributions from public institutions from Ajuntament de Sant Lluís, which allow us to cover a small part of the maintenance costs: painting , gardening, cleaning, lighting, and others. The royalties we receive for commercial uses of our image are also destined to this purpose.
We have a collaboration agreement with the City Council and we allocate the money we receive to the maintenance and conservation of the Village.
